「A great relaxing stay before our desert trip. Staff were friendly and extremely accommodating. Room was spacious and clean. Hotel was newly renovated and felt very luxe. Would definitely recommend! 」

「The photos are simply untrue. The camp is in poor condition - broken chairs & lanterns; blankets thrown about; garbage strewn here & there. There is only one outlet in each tent and electricity was not always available. We had less than five minutes of hot water over 48 hours. Often one teenager was the only staff on site, and we had to communicate using Google translate, as the adults simply were not around. 「What a beautiful place to stay! The day before we checked in the hotel reach out to provide details on how to get to the hotel. After a 8 hour drive when we arrived, the staff confirm that it was me and let us rest provide us with tea. The breakfast is amazing and the restaurant food was delicious. They helped us book the all the desert activities. I would recommend this hotel 」

「The staff are beyond friendly. We enjoyed our fireside riddles and laughed a lot with some of the staff. Our camel ride out to the camp with guide Mohammed was stellar. There was a stop for the sunset and some local berbere men shared their sand board with us so we could play on the dunes. The only thing I'd change about the entire experience is the dinner. I wish it'd been more authentic and less "fancy". I should also warn that the heat does not and has not worked in the camp in some time. We...
