"Clean room and excellent reception staff. Special mention of Ms Tsugi who helped us find the appropriate doctor to see for my friend’s allergies and ensuring the doctor we saw can speak English. In fact the whole crew including the manager was extremely helpful and even asked us how my friend was after seeing the doctor. This is the 2nd time i stayed here and the service standard is consistently good. Will stay here again if in Nagoya. Many thanks to the great staff there."

"The hotel is a 10-15 min walk from Nagoya Station with some pavements along the way that aren't ideal for luggages (quite rough). However, the public baths were very well-maintained and arranged, and the rooms were bright and comfortable. Cleanliness and service were great. Would recommend!"
