The 28 m² terrace is roofed and provides a large fireplace as well as a wooden sitting room suite. There are deckchairs available for you by the property’s own pool with steps leading into it. The whole outdoor area including the pool, outdoor shower, garden and grill is for sole use by the guests and thereby provides you with complete privacy. There are two guest parking spaces directly on site. No one else lives in the house.

The holiday home has a separate entrance and offers 105m² of space for eight people. It has a bathroom with a shower and three bedrooms with double beds (160 x 200 cm). The living room provides a comfortable sitting area with two sofa beds (140 x 200 cm). The kitchen has a dining area and is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge,washing machine, dishwasher and coffee machine. Both the living room and the kitchen have air conditioning.

The holiday home is near the beautiful Pomer Bay, just 800 metres from the nearest beach. There are other beaches in Medulin, Premantura and the Kamenjak cape. There is a large supermarket 800 metres away from the apartment. There are also many restaurants and bars in the surrounding area. Guests who are sports enthusiasts can find a wide range of activities in Medulin or Premantura, such as diving, tennis and windsurfing. You can also hire bicycles, mopeds or boats locally. In the evenings, you can listen to live music on various terraces, while concerts and film festivals are held in the amphitheatre in Pula.
