Staff was kind, even at our late arrival. Parking was a little weird though. All the available garage spots were for staff when we arrived, we ended up in a gravel outer lot. Not enough towels/coffee mugs for the three guests, only enough for two, but we made due as this was just an overnight stop. ...

Fontainebleau Miami Beach
The staff was great, from check in where they were dealing with a snowstorm on the East Coast and canceled cruise ships. To the room staff, restaurant and beach staff everyone was great. We were stuck three extra nights in Miami and Fontainebleau made it extra nice. Thank You

Park Central South Beach
Excellent stay. Great pools, great location, great lobby. Probably best value on the road across from the beach. Only hang up is the single elevator if that is an issue for you. We took the stairs other than check in and check out
