"We had an issue with our reservation but the hotel staff was exceptional in fixing the issue and making sure we were accommodated. Bren in particular went out of his way to clearly communicate their mistake and fix it. Customer service was phenomenal. Other businesses could learn from him and Hotel State College on the importance of owning the mistake, communicating openly with the customer, and mitigating the issue for all parties. Many thanks to them! Plus the hotel is beautiful!"
