「Unser Aufenthalt im AUREA Hotel in Tetouan war in jeder Hinsicht aussergewöhnlich. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen und völlig überraschend mit einem Upgrade belohnt. Als wäre das nicht schon grosszügig genug, wurden wir später sogar persönlich zur Busstation gefahren. Ein Service, der alles andere als selbstverständlich ist. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Alma und Shaima von der Rezeption. Ihre zuvorkommende, aufmerksame und ehrliche Art hat unseren Aufenthalt spürbar...

「I enjoyed my stay at Dar Al Ghazal. My room was a separate cabin-style room, with air conditioning, heating and a comfortable bed. The weather was bad when I was in Tangier so I spent more time in the room. The staff were helpful and courteous and made me free coffee and cookies on a number of occastions. 「タンジェ駅からも近くかなり便利です。 駅前にもうひとつヒルトンがあります。間違えやすいので注意してください。ホテルの部屋は広くバスタブはありませんがシャワーは清潔で申し分ないです。セルフランドリーも利用できます。」

「Great location near the Petit Socco. Staff were professional. Breakfast was buffet style, unlike other riads I stayed at. Noise carries easily through the central atrium, so I could hear conversations and even snoring from other rooms, which was a bit of a downside. Still, the medina itself was very quiet at night, and I slept well. If you’re arriving with a suitcase from the pier or beach, take the sloped path—Google Maps may direct you to stairs, which is difficult.」

「夜の10時ぐらいにタンジェ駅についてすぐ目の前でホテルの場所はすぐにわかります。 女性1人夜中でも安心でした。 11時ぐらいまで開いている上の階にあるレストランがあり、スタッフお勧めのモロッコのワインとタジン鍋を食べました。付け合わせにオリーブなど付きます。ワインは果実味があり美味しかったです。おすすめです。11時過ぎても遅くまで開けてくださりスタッフもとても感じが良かったです。レストランは景色もよく広くゆっくり出来ました。 ワイングラスに口紅の跡があり変えてもらいましたがちゃんと洗ってるか気をつけて見てくださいね。 部屋は広くてバスタブもあり眺めも良くてスリッパ、歯磨きあり。朝食もオムレツ、目玉焼きもありよかったです。タクシーでシャウエンまで2時間。」

「The riad is in a very convenient location. The shower had plenty of hot water, which was great. I had some trouble opening and locking the door to my room, but the hotel staff kindly helped me and patiently explained how to use it. I appreciate their help, even though they were busy—thank you! The breakfast was also delicious. I highly recommend staying here.」

「前泊のシャウエン から体調を崩し、まともに食べられなくなってしまい自前のレトルトのお粥を食べようと思いましたが、部屋に湯沸かし器の備えはありませんでした。フロントに相談したらバーのコーヒーマシンでお湯をカップに入れてくれました。これを時間をあけて2回お願いしましたが、人が変わっても対応は同じでした。また周囲に売店らしきものは無く、歩いて行く元気もないので水を買おうとしたら、カードやユーロではダメだということで困っていたらいたら非売品の300mlのボトルをくれました。一番困っている時に手を差し伸べてもらえ、本当に助かりました。」

「とても雰囲気のある素敵なホテルでした 交通の便もよくすぐにスークへ行けます 美味しいレストランもあります スタッフもフレンドリーで親切でした 部屋も広く バスタブもゆったりとしていて快適でした 冬のモロッコは朝晩特に寒く タンジェ は地中海の風が強いので特に寒いですが 部屋はとても暖かく向かい入れてくれました リヤドは雰囲気がある反面 天井が高いしなかなか部屋が暖まらないですが こちらはホテルなので全てが快適でした」
