"The hotel is perfectly located, just a minute's walk from the gate of the Prophet's Mosque. What truly sets this hotel apart is the outstanding service . A huge thank you to the reception team for their warm welcome and genuine smiles that made me feel instantly at home . Our stay at the Sofitel was superb . Everything was impeccably clean, the room was beautifully decorated, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast and dinner spread was extensive and diverse, accommodating everyone . The food was of great quality, and eating hot, fresh food with a serene view of the city was fantastic."

"Generally, the hotel is good. Food is nice, transport to and from The Haram was fantastic. The only thing which is some how below the standard is about house keeping. No one was available to collect the rubbish, supply of toile tissue was available on request. Appart from that I am si happy to be there"

The staff was friendly and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. The location and overall atmosphere were great, and we truly enjoyed our time here. The only downside was that, considering the room rates, breakfast was not included. It would be a great value-added benefit if the hotel offered complimentary breakfast for guests. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel to others. Thank you!"
