"I have stayed at this property a few times...always liked the layout of the rooms, although the first time I stayed the bathroom was dirty but I was able to get a maid in to clean it the next day. Also, you do have to pay a deposit fee of $100. One thing that stands out to me now is that I'd never been charged a parking fee. I don't recall being told about it. However, the parking fee--with tax--was taken out of my deposit this time, which was not shared with me it would be. I've always gotten just any items I'd purchased from the front desk taken out. I called to ask about it, and the lady told me it was for parking, and it was on my parking pass and the website, and that they hadn't been enforcing it but now they are. I did look and indeed see it on my parking pass after she told me. I have yet to find it on their website. I cannot find it. It will be best to mention along with the deposit so a guest is aware of all charges, especially if they are not aware and have to call about it."

"Overall a nice place to stay. Careful with the breakfast. I had thought it was a free continental breakfast but they charge you. Very expensive for some eggs and sausage. Ice machine on our floor was not working, we checked out before it could be fixed. I had to go to a different floor. Staff and room were nice but the AC made loud clicking noises that woke us up. I will find a free continental breakfast hotel next time."

"This property is very clean and has great staff!!! However, I think it is lacking in amenities. I wish this place had refrigerators in rooms and the bathroom sink is so small and awkwardly shaped that water gets everywhere. Also there are not water fountains on any upper floors and the beds have a top sheet but not a fitted sheet which was odd to me. However, I do appreciate the parking and the look of the building itself. It always feels safe and clean. "
