"The room was dirty and not cleaned,I trod on a 2" pin/needle left in the carpet, fortunately it did not go into my foot. The window had a 1 1/2" gape on the top and bottom witch looked dangerous. I gave the pin/needle to the reception and a supervisor came to our room to investigate. He showed me another room but the condition was the same dirty and the window in the same condition. We asked to speak to the manager as nobody seemed to care, we were told that he would be with us in10 minutes but...
