「Very disappointing stay. The room I booked was already occupied when I arrived. I was moved to a smaller room that did not match what I paid for three people, and my children had to find accommodation elsewhere. The place was not very clean and had an unpleasant smell. The kitchen was dirty. I did not even wait for breakfast. I chcked out very early in the morning.」

「Would have given a 5 star review but unfortunately neither me or my wife could have a shower, water would only come out at super hot no matter how I tried to ad cold it just stayed boiling hot. Both had to wash in the sink as a consequence. We were in room 6」

「Overall if you are a dirtbag climber and just in sheffield for a quick trip this place totally gets the job done. Our biggest issues were that there was no shower curtain so the bathroom flooded when anyone showered, none of the bathrooms had soap, and overall just super limited amenities. Also the trash out front was absolutely overflowing and was all over the yard. Honestly would stay again in a pinch, just would come with lower expectations.」

「We had a single night's stay here on a Saturday night. They had 3 functions ongoing, with 2 of them relatively noisy. People outside our bedroom window chatting loudly until nearly midnight. Nothing wrong with people enjoying themselves but there should be advance warning and a discount if the hotel is really full with functions.
