I like the location. It was close to the beach and close to Tampa airport. I didn’t like the service it was loud and noisy. People were in the pool all night long and somebody banged on our door and ran away so it was kind of a terrible experience for me. I’ll never do it again. They also took $100 and couldn’t explain to me why and then never gave anything back when I checked out very disappointed.

The insulation was awful. We could hear everything going on above us. It sounded like they were stomping and moving furniture. When the air conditioner kicked on you had to turn the tv up quite a bit to hear it

Staff was very helpful. Had some issues and they helped out to satisfy my needs. A little confused about the housecleaning services as they state that they lightly clean the rooms every day but they didn't clean our room for 3 days and we had to ask the front desk to have the room cleaned.

The hotel was clean and the rooms were nice. The private beach is a complete joke. The water is nasty, there are a dozen or so chairs on a small sand beach that is not clean. It is right off the highway so it's noisy and it's more of a parking space for the jet skis that they rent, not a relaxing setting at all.
