"I didn’t like that we had nowhere in the room to put our belongings. There weren’t any drawers for the four of us except 3 bins, one of which was broken, so only had 2 small pullout baskets for all our clothes. Not good for a family of four with 4 suitcases staying 5 days."

"The hotel itself was clean, staff friendly, beds comfortable - the floor in our room was wavy...that is the best way to describe it. It would slope up and down in the limited walking area of the room, so it's weird it was that noticeable. "

When we checked in, the front desk was so nice and personable that we ended telling them that it was the night before my wedding and her manager was nice enough to upgrade us to a bigger suite for the special occasion!
