"Host's are amazing, kind and generous. The place is clean and well maintained. The bed is comfortable. We enjoyed grilling on the deck and sitting next to the lake. Ernie was very accomodating on allowing us to use dock to tie up our boat. The propery view was relaxing. We will definitely come back."

"Very beautiful view of Lake from the House. It is a 20 -25 minute drive to Milledgeville, but love the peaceful atmosphere of the home. The Boat Dock has an outlet so that you can charge your boat. The Boat Ramp is about 10 minutes around the Lake (Cosby's Landing), but when you get the Boat in, it is diagonal from the House."

"This is a great lake house! We enjoyed the views and the quiet of the neighborhood. Some in our group swam from the dock. Some floats and swim towels are provided. We were in town to celebrate a Georgia College graduation, and the house provided the perfect place to gather and celebrate afterwards. The outdoor space is very accommodating, with several different seating areas, and inviting, while the indoor space is super comfortable. Perfect for what we needed!"

"We had a wonderful two night stay. The place was fantastic. Trippe has thought of everything. Our group enjoyed the hot tub, kayaks, paddle boards, and the dock as we brought our boat. The best thing was having so many different gathering areas, inside and out for people to hang out and visit. Young adults and older adults had areas to congregate so we were together but not too together!"

"Overall the property is nice. Only cons were the pet urine stains in carpet throughout the bedrooms. The mattress in the master bedroom is really lumpy. Someone cut the grass in the rain while we were there (odd this wasnt done prior to our arrival) and it ruined a graduation sign I had out with wet grass clippings."

"My family stayed at this beautiful home. It is very spacious, has a beautiful view and lots of amenities to choose from. The BEST part, in my opinion, were the owners.
