The cover on the heater is missing the foam weatherstripping. There’s a little on the left side but none on the right side. Felt like a cold window was open. I resolved it for my stay by placing a folded bath towel on top of the heater. You should repair this so the next guests don’t freeze.

The staff was great. I had staff text me to make sure my stay was going well.The only thing was they didn’t have my king room ready so we had to take a double queen size room but everything else was great with the stay

The breakfast was pretty good, if you do not eat beef or pork you have to request an alternative with either the front desk or with a food server. There wasn't too many options, only pork bacon, eggs and sometimes pancakes or french toast. The pool wasn't clean the first 3 days of my stay, so that was very disappointing.

I stayed here as I did a visit for my youngest son who is attending Bowie. While I stayed most of the time on campus, I found when I was at the hotel I found the staff and facility both inviting, warm and cordial.
