「Very great property. Lots of options within the hotel for dining and drinks. Close to Swordfish Tom’s which is a fantastic speakeasy. Close to Up Down which is a lot of fun. Only reason I gave 4 stars on area around hotel is crime and construction in the area and no covered parking. But it is kind of what is expected in the crossroads area. Plenty to do in the area and the hotel is overall great but for the price they should provide free water in the rooms. 」

「The staff at the front desk were very polite and accommodating. When we first checked in we went up to our room and noticed that it had not been cleaned, we went back down to the front desk and they put us up in another room. The other room was very clean. When we checked out the next morning they did comp our stay for the mix up of a dirty room. This was our first time staying here as we were attending a Chiefs game. Our next Chiefs game we will stay here again. 」

Our room was very clean and the person who cleaned our room was attentive. Check-in was fast and, as always, the chocolate chip cookies were delicious. A+ stay! I’m a returning guest and have been happy both stays. Perfect place for T-Mobile concerts. 」

It was a pleasant surprise to see the entrance, great room, grand ball room & meeting rooms kept in their original state, yet the guestrooms have been tastefully updated with modern furnishings & accoutrements. The bed was comfortable, hot water was plentiful, big screen HDTV & HVAC system performed flawlessly.」
