"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Given the high price we paid, the room was unexpectedly small and lacked comfort. After a long day of travel, we were shocked to find that room service was unavailable after 11:00 PM, which was extremely inconvenient.
I had a European guest with me, and he was also dissatisfied with the service. The breakfast options were quite limited, and overall, the hospitality did not meet expectations. Due to the poor service, we decided to check out the next morning, even though we had booked for two nights. However, the hotel refused to refund the second night, which was completely unacceptable.
I do not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for good service and value for money.
