Private: natural state property 500 m2, garden (not fenced) with meadow. In the house: storage room for skis. 50 m long narrow motor access. Parking (for 4 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 8 km, restaurant 2.5 km, bus stop "Ginzling Abzw Gamsgrube" 81 m, railway station "Mayrhofen Bahnhof" 8.1 km, outdoor swimming pool 5 km, indoor swimming pool 5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 25 km, mountain railway 5 km, ski lift 6 km, ski bus stop 50 m.
6-room house 170 m2 on 3 levels. Practical and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with dining nook, satellite TV, radio, CD-player, DVD and wood-burning stove. 1 room with 2 beds and 1 double bed. Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine) with dining nook and wood-burning stove. Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 bed, 1 double bed and electric heater. 1 room with 1 bed and 1 double bed. Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom. Shower, sep. WC. 2nd upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 bed and 1 double bed. Shower, sep. WC. Heating not available in all rooms. Wooden floors, carpet. Balcony, terrace. Barbecue, deck chairs (5). Beautiful view of the countryside. Facilities: sauna, children's high chair, baby cot. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed.

It was a really nice location, the surroundings are just amazing. The House has enough room to fit big groups or families and the sauna is exactly what one need after a long day of hiking. There is no internet and communication is a bit difficult , but it was nice to live of the matrix for a couple days ;).The only thing that might be improved is probably a newer sound system , nobody carry CDs anymore and is hard to find good music on Austrian Radio :).

Farm Eben

Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr schön. Es ist ein altes Bauernhaus, mit den Heizmöglichkeiten im Winter muss man sich erst vertraut machen. Die Internetverbindung ist leider sehr schlecht wir mussten immer aus dem Haus raus gehen. Ansonsten haben wir den Urlaub sehr genossen. LG

Authentisch rustikal

Die Begrüßung verlief kurz und knapp. Großzügige Zimmeraufteilung. Bequeme Betten. Aller Bäder sind renoviert und z. T. mit Fußbodenheizung. Die Küche ist ungemütlich und dunkel, aber das Kücheninventar lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Aufenthaltsraum ist aber okay. Hier gibt es große Tische mit Eckbänken. Heizen kann man entweder mit zwei Öfen oder mit elektrischen Heizungen. Das Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoß ist nicht sehr einladend, aber die oberen sind alle schön. Der Außenbereich erscheint etwas unordentlich und ungepflegt. Die Sauna haben wir nicht genutzt, machte aber einen sauberen Eindruck.
