"Property is well maintained and the staff is professional. The star less is because even though we had a room for 3 the sofa bed had no lines or pillow, we had to call to request that. And the parking lot has a sign letting you know they are not responsible for your vehicle but they charge you $20 dollars daily for the parking.😳"

"The property host was easy to get a hold of and addressed issues quickly. There wasn’t a coffee pot in the cottage when we arrived, so I alerted the host and he provided a new one that evening. When I alerted him that the A/C wasn’t working he did refund for the last two nights. He was apologetic and tried to have it fixed immediately, however he was not able to. Not for lack of effort. The only downsides were, the backyard property and yard surrounding the cottage needed to be cleaned up. Blinds need replacing and some outlets were not working, towel rack in bathroom broken, toilet not secure, floor mat in bathroom needs replacing. Place needs some TLC. Lastly parking is on a first come first serve basis. Guest will need to park out in street if someone is parked in the driveway. This can be somewhat difficult for someone who has difficulty walking any distances. "

"Clean room, pretty views and quiet. Very close to the Kia center. My only complaint was I heard knocking for housekeeping at 6:30am. Did not like that!"

"The staff is amazing!!! The woman at the front desk was so accommodating and helpful in getting us checked in as early as possible. Also, the man at the bar (who has worked there forever) is so bomb!!! He’s always so pleasant and the food is always excellent! "

"Aloft is a fabulous hotel for the night when downtown Orlando for a show. It is very clean, beds pillows comfortable nice towels, shampoo in shower with conditioner and body soap. The only thing that was missing was a restaurant. You can eat at the bar but space is so limited. "

"We had a wonderful stay! The home is lovely and comfortable and in a great location. Doug was easy to work with, helpful and quick to respond to our inquiries. We'll stay there again when we return to Orlando."
