"The front desk staff was wonderful—both the woman who checked me in and the woman who checked me out were professional and welcoming. Unfortunately, the room cleanliness did not match their high level of service. I found what appeared to be food splatter (like salsa or marinara) on the baseboards, and there was stray body hair left in the shower. Great service, but the housekeeping definitely needs improvement. "

"Parking was right in front of room. Linens clean & fresh. Bathroom is old-style but very clean & quaint. Staff pleasant & very accommodating. Would definitely use for overnight stay again "
