「We had a great week at the house. The layout is very good for a multigenerational family group with lots of areas for down time as well as good communal spaces. The kitchen was well stocked with all dishes/ kitchenware needed for a busy week of cooking and baking.The floating dock and supply of chairs and tubes for use at the lake was great.」

「Adorable house in a safe established older neighborhood. Many of the homes still have the Victorian trim and architecture from a bygone era. Walking distance to downtown Ballard Spa. Town offers excellent spots for breakfast. Impeccably clean. Quiet. Great partially fenced back yard. Host welcomed us with fresh flowers. Only a few miles from SPAC; perfect to get to/from for our concert.」
