Staff was very pleasant and helpful. 😊 Bedsheet had stains and a small tear, that particular sheet should be pitched. No microwave in our room. We inquired, we”re told rooms do not have microwaves yet our friends had one in their room.

Only stayed one night, prior to returning home. Really liked that there was an on site restaurant that we were able to eat at and not have to go out in the cold weather. Room was comfortable and clean. Had a shuttle to the airport that we used.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I just did not like being in a room without a window, and it was not as clean as expected. There was a turned over soda can on the side of the bed by the wall, and guy who helped us said our room was the last one to be cleaned; that is not clean and one of our pillow cases was dirty too.

Convenient and close to the stadium. To bad we lost. Go Chiefs!!!
