「great location for visiting Tikal ruins. guides are always available for sunset and sunrise tours, the price was reasonable. wifi is available in the hotel lobby and restaurant, but not in the room. however cellphones can not be used at the Tikal ruins, so that’s not surprising. totally I recommend this hotel.」

「スタッフがとても親切でした。ホテルと関係ない朝日ツアーガイドとトラブルがあり、相談したら色々面倒をみてくれた。電話を無償で貸してくれたり、最終的にオーナーがガイドの代わりに返金してくれました。電気が使える時間帯が決まっているがそれ以外の時間帯でも部屋の電気は通っていました。真っ暗になる事はないです。レストランが素敵だった、大晦日はスタッフが弦楽器を演奏していて雰囲気を盛り上げていました。」

The prices are reasonable, the rooms are clean with all necessary modern amenities, yet seem set in the past with beautiful views from private patios overlooking the picturesque lake and rainforest. 「Beautiful view, Awesome service. Staff was very nice and friendly. Food was so nice and delicious. It’s a wonderful place to stay and relax. Howling monkeys came by on morning, so exotic experience. Definitely going back again. Everyone was really nice. You can also swim on lake and experience giving food to fishes. Temascal sauna was also an unforgettable relaxing time.」
