「great location for visiting Tikal ruins. guides are always available for sunset and sunrise tours, the price was reasonable. wifi is available in the hotel lobby and restaurant, but not in the room. however cellphones can not be used at the Tikal ruins, so that’s not surprising. totally I recommend this hotel.」

「Beautiful view, Awesome service. Staff was very nice and friendly. Food was so nice and delicious. It’s a wonderful place to stay and relax. Howling monkeys came by on morning, so exotic experience. Definitely going back again. Everyone was really nice. You can also swim on lake and experience giving food to fishes. Temascal sauna was also an unforgettable relaxing time.」

「Hotel Gringo Perdido was a truly great place to stay during our 3-day trip to Tikal and other historical sites. The asphalted road leading to the entrance of HGP is probably the best road in the area as it was recently poured and a second pouring is scheduled soon. 「スタッフがとても親切でした。ホテルと関係ない朝日ツアーガイドとトラブルがあり、相談したら色々面倒をみてくれた。電話を無償で貸してくれたり、最終的にオーナーがガイドの代わりに返金してくれました。電気が使える時間帯が決まっているがそれ以外の時間帯でも部屋の電気は通っていました。真っ暗になる事はないです。レストランが素敵だった、大晦日はスタッフが弦楽器を演奏していて雰囲気を盛り上げていました。」

「I paid $314 for 2 night during Easter (high season). It was definitely not worth the amount. The hotel is old and looks like it hasn’t been remodeled in decades. The staff was very nice. Be careful how much you pay for this place. 」

「Hice mi reserva y pago por medio de la pagina. Cuando llegue al hotel, me indicaron que no trabajaban con niguna pagina se hoteles y que no tenian mi reserva. Al contactarme con Hotels.com para conentarle el caso me indican que no se pudieron contactar con el establecimiento por lo que no me podian hacer un reembolso. He usado muchas veces Hotels.com y es la primera vez que me pasa esto, lamentablemente una lección de $100 :(」
