"Attended a conference next door at the Crown Plaza last week. This hotel offered a daily rate about half of what conference hotel charged. Had a perfectly pleasant stay. Room itself was comfortable and probably as nice as Crown Plaza. Ask for a courtyard view or you’ll be looking at a huge freeway exchange. Hallways are a bit desolate, pool was closed, weight room and spa were dreary at best. Staff were all perfectly accommodating and friendly. I’d go back. "

"Unfortunately this property was a bust. We chose this for the pool with hot tub and breakfast included. The description says newly renovated, however there is a lot of holes. The staff was very friendly and I felt quite bad for them. As they were completely out of supplies for the kitchen, they were out of syrup. they were out of yogurt fruit eggs. All they had was pancakes and cold sausage, they had also ran out of plates. The pool was gross with floaties and used bandaids. The entire parking lot has not been maintained in decades. I honestly felt so bad for the staff because they were so nice and they have to answer for the inadequate facility."

"Horrible experience. Did not stay a secong night. A leak in the room, tun was gross and couldn't sleep because of how thin the glass on sliding glass door to the balcony, loud traffick. Staff was extremely rude. Corporate was extremely nice and refunded our second night. Would bot recommend until remodels. Kind of scary. "
