"Was okay"

"The pool was very dirty way too much chlorine and dirt all on the floor the hotel was very musty and humid with the smell of dog the room itself was clean but the TV did not work half the night there were no towels in the pool area we called the front desk to tell them and they brought 3 towels with 4 of us in the pool"

"My room was clean, but definitely in need of an update in decor. However, my grown son rented a room for one night at the same time, and he left early because his room was dirty (cigarette butts on the floor, three pieces of trash in corners, and the mattress seemed broken down and was definitely unacceptable. Staff in general were not friendly – the only one who was friendly and helpful was the woman at the desk in the evening. Breakfast was OK however, the coffee was a machine and was...

"Was sad to hear that the pool was closed they didn’t even advertise that it was under construction. Overheard from another customer that there were leaks in the room from the air conditioner staff was nice but did not like that the pool was closed"

"The GPS map leading you to the property takes you down some super tight one lane roads that are really curvy and also on a steep incline and decline. The other thing is, when you pull up to the area to unload and check in, it's just a blank lobby with no signs for direction. You go in at the garage level and there is an empty space with 4 elevators but no signs telling you where to go. You have to take the elevator to the 1st floor to check in and then go back down to the garage level to get...
