The upper-floor apartment spans 95 sqm and offers a spacious balcony with sea views, a dining area, and a bright living room with a comfortable sofa and 58” Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep simple. It accommodates up to six guests across two bedrooms: one queen and one with two double beds. A walk-in shower and two additional toilets provide convenience for families or groups.

The ground-floor apartment opens directly to a private garden with seating and greenery, creating a relaxed flow between indoors and outdoors. It covers 98 sqm and sleeps up to six guests across two bedrooms: one queen and one with two singles plus a sofa bed. Two bathrooms with walk-in showers and a safe room (Mamad) ensure comfort and security.

Both apartments share a rooftop pool accessible by private elevator, complete with sunbeds, seating areas, and a grill—ideal for sunsets or casual gatherings.
