「スタッフは親切丁寧です。」

「Such a wonderful place! It’s so clean, very well taken care of and you can tell they care a lot. The room was so cute, the beds and pillows were so comfortable, and the bathroom was a good size. We don’t get to enjoy the sauna or hot tub, but it looked wonderful! It’s in a great part of town with very easy access to Ortisei via a bus stop right down the street. The room also comes with free bus passes to get around. The breakfast in the morning was great! Plenty of options and a coffee...

Unico ponto de melhora: check in era todo digital e tivemos dificuldade. Com a ajuda das fucnionarias que ligou para a administração, deu certo. E detalhe, há horarios que não há funcionarios, após as 19hs. 」

The spa is brilliant and if you have the chance to join an Aufguss session we would strongly recommend it - it was great! 「This was by far the favorite part of my trip. Not just the Dolomites, but this hotel too. Great staff, amazing food and drinks. Fun area to hang out whether if it’s in the spa area, playing pool in the lobby, or chilling out the many outdoor decks. We are coming back for sure and we know we won’t regret it!」
