One slight issue was codes given to access room had to be reset but while that was happening we were made very welcome in the pub /resteraunt next door while we waited. "I would describe the facilities as basic. Bare minimum of utensils in the kitchen. No instructions on use of the cooker. Bedrooms, the beds were comfortable but no bedside lights. The shower in the en suite did not work, fortunately the one over the bath did. Door entry was unpredictable. Massive TV in the lounge with many channels but no freeview. Lincoln is a beautiful place with plenty to see. The host answered my queries promptly but I wouldn't rush to stat there again."

"Great central location with an easy and keyless check in. We did have a few problems to begin our stay due to an app error so our booked room wasn't ready but after contact with the host this was quickly sorted. We booked 3 nights and had issues with the shower in the room not working but again hostnd staff were very helpful and hot this resolved. "
