The apartment comfortably sleeps up to three guests, making it the ideal choice for a romantic getaway or a city break with a friend.

The stylish interior contrasts exposed stone masonry, beautiful, curved architecture and high vaulted ceilings with contemporary fixtures and furnishings. The spacious, open-plan living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed, a large flat-screen smart TV, fitted storage unit and a dining table. This area also incorporates a small kitchen equipped with; an induction hob, a coffee machine and a fridge freezer.

Martina Franca is situated in the province of Taranto, within the Itria Valley (Valle d\'Itria), a region known for its distinctive Trulli houses and charming towns. The property is a 25-minute drive from the historic town of Ceglie Messapica home to a medieval castle that offers incredible views of the surrounding countryside.

Other popular excursions in the area include; a trip to the historic hilltop top town of Ostuni (a 30-minute drive), often referred to as the \"White City\" due to its whitewashed buildings and the UNESCO World Heritage site of Alberobello renowned for its Trulli (an 18-minute drive away).

The surrounding countryside is characterised by rolling hills, olive groves, and vineyards. It\'s a lovely area for hiking, cycling and exploring the natural beauty of the Salento region and offers opportunities to visit local wineries such as ‘I Pastini Srl’ a 7-minute drive away.

The property is also within easy reach of Salento’s beautiful coastline, with its countless beaches including; Torre Canne, Rosa Marina, Torre Pozzella and Pilone all within a 40-minute drive.
