"I've traveled a lot and never left a negative review, but this place was disgusting. Only positive was the very kind women at the front desk. The place smells like a bar people have been smoking in for 25 years. Bathroom toilet and shower were so stained and nasty we skipped showers. Upper management needs to get out of their offices and tour their sites. This one needs a major update. Almost worse than how horrible the place was is that it was more expensive than other places in Missoula. "

"Room was nice. Could have had more lighting. Hot springs were very nice and convenient. Stay was quiet. Breakfast could have been earlier. We left before they opened up in the morning as did others. Location was excellent and historic. Price was a bit much."

"At 9:30 we pulled back the sheets to get ready for bed and there were crumbs in the bed, they did offer us a different room but we had already unpacked so we took new sheets and changed them ourselves. The next morning when we were checking out they offered us breakfast , I asked why wasn’t we notified earlier about this, got no response, never stay there again 👎"
