Authentic, charming, restored 17th century farmhouse full of history (formerly linked to a feudal "strong house" which occupied the premises), neighboring the owner's elegant mansion, nestled on an exceptional natural property of 50 hectares rich in pastures welcoming cows & horses and a bucolic private fishing pond of 1 ha in "no-kill" (carp, pike, roach, etc.). Absolute tranquility in the heart of the rolling Charolais countryside, nestled in the hollow of a mini rural, agricultural & residential hamlet, perched on a promontory & panoramic "belvedere" on a gentle hill, backed by a vast wild forest, offering a superb unobstructed view. Soothing rural & preserved natural setting, overlooking a sublime bocage valley a stone's throw from a rare natural area classified as a "Natura 2000 Zone" for the protection of the European pond turtle, a small freshwater turtle. Magnificent panoramas & landscapes. A literal haven of peace and rest. A real little corner of "green paradise" for young and old, close to the village (12th century Romanesque church). Spacious, comfortable gîte. Beautiful volumes. Ancienne maison très bien restaurée offrant un cadre de totale tranquillité pour un séjour nature et reposant. La fraîcheur naturelle de la construction a été très appréciée en période de canicule. Tous les équipements modernes permettent de faciliter le séjour. Située à 25 minutes de Paray le monial et à 50 de Cluny, la maison permet de découvrir les richesses du pays charolais.
