Beautiful home in a perfect location

We love the Marshfield area. We stayed in this home for a long weekend for a family wedding in Humarock. The house was so adorable- very well decorated and SO CLEAN!! It really was excellent!! We stayed 2 adults and 2 kids upstairs and 2 adults downstairs. It was roomy and comfortable. We walked to the beach and into town and it was just lovely!! I definitely recommend this wonderful property!! And the host was responsive and really provided everything we needed!!!

Horrible experience

We paid for a 5 bedroom for 3 nights and the upper level was occupied (the host double booked). We couldn’t find accommodations for 4 out of the 7 guests in our party last minute so paid nearly the full amount we paid for this accommodation to get 2 hotel rooms in Plymouth (25 min away). The host was very dismissive initially. After discussions, he promised a full refund to accommodate our hotel reservation but then he only refunded one nights worth and now is no longer responding. Also the AC in one room didn’t work for 24 hours. Would NOT recommend. Horrible host!!

First time visitors

We were new to this process of renting a property. The only real problem we had was with the lockbox on the front door. We arrived after dark, it was pouring rain and very windy. We tried numerous times to get the lockbox to open. By the time we did, we were soaked, our luggage was all wet and things inside as well. My feeling is they have a problem with the front door and water leaking in. There was a pail and mop sitting for us to use. The rest of our stay went well.

Great stay!

Stayed in this rental as we were in town for a family wedding. This was a great space to accommodate toddlers, children and adults - fenced in yard was great, short walk to the beach, and the house was very comfortable. We were impressed all around!

Great rental house!

Has a great look out spot right across the street with a great view. House is a great spot for multiple couples and the host was very accommodating. Highly recommend!
