「The room was spotless and very inviting」

「The room I was given was a connecting room. I was woke up at 7:00 am to being able to hear the whole conversations of the guests in the connecting room. Either very thin walls or no noise control with the connecting room door. Parking lot didn’t look very nice and didn’t seem to be well maintained. I was only recommend this hotel if you need a quick place to stay for only one night. 」

「Hotel was very clean and the staff all seemed friendly. Nice hotel, met my mom's ridiculously high standards.」

「The pictures show a hot tub but there isn’t one, it was apparently removed. I chose this hotel because of hot tub, need to do better with advertising.」

「Worst hotel I have EVER stayed in! Looks far worse than the pictures. Staff is non-existent, you have to call them and they drive over. The room itself was FILTHY, especially the bathroom which in no way was cleaned from whomever stayed last. Two tiny crappy pillows per queen bed. Broken fixtures, holes in walls, window broken and wouldn't lock, dirty towels, light bulb missing, tv barely worked, zero decor, dripping bathtub faucet, pubes in tub, blood on bathroom wall, I could go on and on....

「They need to replace the towels.」
