Casa Marsala is a beautiful Mediterranean style villa, divided into 3 comfortable apartments (one occupied by the owners), situated just a stone’s throw away from a wonderful sandy beach near Marsala, 30 km south of Trapani. In the direct vicinity of the house, along the wine route, among endless vineyards and ancient farmhouses, are the renowned wine cellars open for visits and tastings of the delicious Marsala wine. Moreover from Casa Marsala can easily be visited many of the western Sicily ancient towns and natural attractions, such as the medieval village of Erice, the charming Stagnone lagoon with the island of Mothia, the beaches of San Vito Lo Capo and the Zingaro nature reserve. Designed with outside living in mind, these two apartments boast large, private terraces equipped to relax on, which can be lit up at night. They offer spacious, well proportioned, bright interiors furnished with great taste and functionality with a lovely mix of styles and nice ethnic pieces.

SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is due at the time a booking is confirmed and it is not refundable. The balance is due no later than 75 days prior arrival. For bookings confirmed less than 75 days prior arrival, the full rental amount is due at confirmation.
