Dear Judy, thanks for your rating and also for your criticism. Just to stay correct, your booking was made 4 weeks ahead of your arrival not 2 month. We were fully booked and even if we had received your request for adjoining rooms, we would not have been able to fulfil it. Your rooms were about 130 meter apart, if this took you 10 minutes to walk, we are really sorry.Regarding your comments on our diving center: If you don't see something it doesn't mean that it doesn't exist. Of course we do a headcount after each trip. We are operating since 17 years and we never missed a diver or a snorkeler. As you can see on all hotel or diving rating websites, 99% of our guests are trusting us and often highlight the good organization of our dive center.
