「The location of this property is great if you like the downtown vibe of any city. The number of door codes and elevator codes is a little much. The place was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for our short stay. Michael was responsive to a concern we had about the way on-site parking was described in the listing and he rectified it quickly and fairly.」

「The property was just perfect for the two of us and had everything we needed for a visit to Ashville. The home is immaculately clean. The neighborhood safe. We would highly recommend! 」

「We enjoyed our overnight stay, the rental was very clean and decorated super cute. The owner was sweet and a good communicator. The parking on the street was a bit tight but it didn't cause any issues. 」

「Although small, the room was comfortable and charming and had everything we needed. The kitchen is clean and well stocked (with coffee!). The bathroom has a good shower. There’s a private table and two chairs outside on the front porch. (Great place to drink your morning coffee!) It's an easy walk to downtown stores, restaurants, breweries, etc. Note this is an older house, but it’s been nicely restored.」

「We had an amazing time at this property and couldn't have asked for a better weekend escape. From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, well organized, and just as described in the listing if not better!The property had a cozy, welcoming vibe with thoughtful touches throughout. 「It's just perfect for me. Microwave and coffee maker (Peet's provided!), mini- fridge. A 5 minute walk from Trader Joes And Harris Teeter. Can walk to downtown. Neighborhood is quiet and there is a house with funky skeletons in the yard nearby.」

「We had an awesome trip, parking was close by which made travel to local destinations easy. It was also walkable to restaurants and shopping. The Loft is beautiful and has lovely high ceilings. Great Wifi Access and the kitchen fit our needs. 」

「Location is fantastic. Bring eat plugs if using pull out couch. The place has all high end appliances and bathroom fixtures. It was enough space for all of us to hang out. Walking distance to everything. I would like a mackup mirror and sheets avaiable incase you may want to use pull out couch. The coffee pids and laundry pods wete pleantu for us. We really appreciated the extras. I would stay here again. Loved the feel of the place」
