This was a very nice clean friendly attractive hotel. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The room was very nice. The location is very convenient to everything yet on a quiet side street. The inhouse taxi service was very affordable and convenient. Highly recommend.

Stayed here as an extra night as I had just finished an Intrepid trip. Comfortable hotel in centre of new town, easy access to sights in Marrakech. Really liked the little tapas bar next to hotel, breakfast was nice but would have preferred to choose what I wanted to eat. Overall a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

All the staff from reception, dining, cleaning to shuttle driver were all friendly, helpful. I had been booked in with a tour group and booked this extra day at same hotel at end of tour. What a bonus! Walking distance to everything with a pool and dining room to relax after big day. The hotel arranged airport transfer. Great stay.

It is a bit rundown. The restaurant food was very good but the ambiance was terrible! The average age in the restaurant was 40+ but they were playing very inappropriate rap music with enough f words to make a coal miner blink. Also the volume was stupid loud. To top it off, 2 people at the bar decided to play there own music on top and the host just ignored it.

Excellent by 3 star hotel standards
I will give this hotel excellent within the frame of being a 3 star hotel. By this l mean, it is a top range 3 star hotel. Location is excellent. A few minutes walk from the airport shuttle bus 19 stop. Stone throw from Carre Eden Shopping Centre. Proximity to so many Spas and restaurants. About 50mins walk to Jamaa El Fna in the old town Medina. About 15mins walk to Train Station and Supratours Coaches to all over Morocco. Wifi is good on my floor. Breakfast is ok by 3 star hotel standard. Room cleaned daily. Reception fluent in English. You have to pay extra if you want to use the safe in the room though l did not use it. If you like swimming in the pool, please note pool is small but l am not much of a Pool person, so okay with me. Don't waste your money on airport taxi. Just board Bus 19 for just 30dhirams or 3 euros and it drops you at Carre Eden Shopping Centre which is less than 5 minutes from the hotel. You can use same ticket to travel back to the airport if returning within 2 weeks. That is simply 1.5euros each way to and fro the airport. That is cheap. Bus also has wifi. Did not have lunch or dinner at the hotel though there are 2 restaurants on site. I prefer to eat out especially local street foods and there are loads of such everywhere especially if you go to Jamaa El Fna particularly in the evening which is also a behive of activities.

My TV remote did not work, nor on the 2 nd night did my AC. Maintenance staff eventually found new batteries for the remote. However dispite saying the AC was fixed an hr later it stopped again. I’d been offered a room change but at 9 pm couldn’t be bothered so sweltered all night. The toaster didn’t work at breakfast. The room floor was not cleaned in 2 days.A handle that fell off the cupboard was left there. There were long black hairs on the bed. Altogether not a pleasant stay.

Amazing experience front desk sammya and marwaan is the best. Night staff was excellent anis at front desk security hicham made sure I was safe to travel in taxi and gave me full protection. Food is top 5 stars never ate outside apart from my home Hamza the chef is better than Gordon ramzi and Micheal olivier and Heston in Spanish gourmet dishes Mr javaid the owner trained his staff to the best level. Only thing missing was refrigerator in my room to keep my medication. 5 stars Mr javaid and night front desk Mr anis

My short stay in Marrakech
The breakfast was good. The hotel facilites were basic but clean and comfortable. The hotel is located between the centre of Marrakech and the main railway station and it takes about 20 minutes to walk, from the hotel, to either of the locations. The hotel was quite good value for money.

My room was quite noisy which facing the street with few bars open till 2 - 3 AM.it didn't, bother me . A good 30 to 35 mins walk to the Medina .Good breakfast selection compared from other Moroccan hotel

It was a good hotel with central location.
It was a very nice hotel, with good European style rooms. The food was outstanding! The room included breakfast and dinner. The breakfast was excellent and the dinners were almost gourmet. It also had a nice full service bar and the service was excellent.

We had a lovely stay, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The area had plenty of cafes and shops but we would have preferred somewhere slightly more central with more restaurants and bars. The breakfast was nice but there was not much variety from day to day. I was also slightly disappointed in the pool- I had seen that it was going to be small but the size and area it was in it wasn't really accessible

Good, but noisy.
The hotel was comfortable and I would definitely recommend it although it can get noisy as the centre is completely open to all floors. There's a lot of door slamming both morning and night and one of the restraurants can get very noisy on Saturday night. Saying this, I enjoyed staying there and we ate in the restaurant every evening. Be careful what you eat as I was very poorly after having the salmon. It takes about 30 or so minutes to walk to the Souk and there is a handy water/crisps/chocolate shop around the corner. I arranged a return taxi through the hotel and thought the service was very good, safe and at a good price. I changed currency at reception, but they didn't always have enough. On the whole it was a good hotel at a great price.
