DO NOT STAY HERE. Utterly appalling hotel. When we arrived they did not have our booking, this took hours to resolve and with 3 young children this was very stressful. The room we were eventually given was absolutely disgraceful and unsafe. The balcony doors did not lock, the plug sockets were hanging off the wall and wires exposed and dangerous. Damp and stunk. In the middle of the night we had another family enter our room with a room key. Absolutely frightening and they were startled as well. The manager is nothing short of useless, rude and the staff very unfriendly and poorly trained. We had booked 3 nights and left very early in the morning after the first night. We are still trying to get our money back, and will not stop until we have. They would only give us 1 night back when it was not safe for our family to stay there. We have photographic evidence of the disgrace of the place.

Giris yaptigimizda heryer toz icindeydi ve havlular kirliydi. Bircok kez talep etmemize ragmen temizlik yapilmadi. Yemekler cok kotu. Kesinlikle gitmeyin

Bütün Detaylarıyla Kötü Bir Deneyim

1-Giriş Resepsiyona koydukları liseli bir stajyer ile işleri halletmeye çalışıyorlar. Yaşadığımız bir sorun için 1.5 saat bekledik ve yetkili biri ortalarda yoktu. 2-Odalar Odaların içi o kadar eski ve bakımsız ki temizliğin iyi olup olmadığı algılanmıyor. Tuvaletimizin kapısı kapanmıyordu. Ayrıca housekeeping'in odaya olmayacak saatlerde (23.30) çat diye girmesi tatilinizin aksiyon ihtiyacını karşılıyacak cinsten. 3-Mutfak Buradaki mesele mutfağın kendisi. Açık mutfak konsepti oluşturulmaya çalışılmış fakat mutfağın mekanik ihtiyaçları asla karşılamamış. Fırın var yemek pişirilen alan var fakat üzerilerindeki davlumbaz havalandırma bacasına bağlı değil. Ustalar cehennem sıcağında içeriye hapsedilmiş adeta. Bütün duman ve koku otelde dolanıyor. Zaten mutfak tarafındaki girişe yemek kokuları o kadar sinmiş ki son bir haftanın menüsünü tahmin etmek mümkün. Küçücük işletmelerde bile havalandırmaya bu kadar önem verilirken koskoca otelde belediye buna nasıl izin vermiş anlaşılır gibi değil. 4-Yemekler Yemekler o kadar kötü sayılmaz. Çeşit sayısı az ama aç da kalmazsınız. Yenir. Yani yenir derken eğer yiyecek çatal bulabilirseniz. Yarım saat bekleme ihtimaliniz de var. Yıkanan çatallar kapanın elinde kalıyor. Tam bir survivor. 5-Personel Otelin tek olumlu kısmı. Gayretli ve kibarlar. Teşekkür ederiz onlara. 6-Sonuç Bütün mesele otel yönetiminin kötü olması. Böyle devam ederse her şey dahil konseptte gidebileceğiniz en kötü otel olabilir. İyi tatiller.
