Wonderful hotel

Herşey muhteşem. Otelin konumu, denize yakınlığı, yemekler, oda, odanin temizliği, personelin hizmeti ve yardımseverliği nuhteşem. Gece eğlencesi de çok iyi. Hep gelmek istiyoruz. Çok sağolun. The hotel us extremely good and clean. The location is perfect. The rooms are extremely clean, big and comfortable. The food is very delicious. The staff is very lovely and helpfull. Night show is wonderful. We hope to come again. Thanx for everything. A very cost efficient hotel.

Nice hotel close to the beach

This was the 7th time I have visited this hotel (along with many more familiar faces). It isn't because of the food or the drinks, but there is always something you could find to eat (as long as you like chicken or meatballs). The hotel is in an ideal position. Close to the beach & a short walk from restaurants, bars & shops. It is the friendly staff that draws guests back year after year along with the size of the hotel. It is of a size where the guests, of all nationalities, can come together & get to know one another. No doubt I'll be back again next year.

Location brilliant food first week really bad the hotel just catered for the Turks after complaining it improved chief special 5 times beef veg 6 times meat balls every meal barbecue meat balls floating meatballs slices meatballs small big they did everything with them yuk Bar ends 11 pm unless you want to pay for your drinks We go for the location of the hotel the other hotels coast more money

Generally a nice place to stay. Most of the staff are friendly, unless you ask for something then some make out they do not understand. All inclusive does not mean you will get access to food throughout the day as they stick to there times ( no sign of snacks at 3pm although they state they are available) having said that Food is acceptable once available. Mini bar in the room only has a bottle of water and is not replaced once used. Towels changed daily, bed sheets not changed for the duration of my 10 day stay. Towels for the beach only replaced if you pay 3TL per person. The staff at the SPA facility are only helpful if you wish to spend money on a massage or any paying service, if you are after a free sauna they will not supply the towel or explain where to get changed. Would not agree with a 4 Star Rating, it is barely a 3 star.

Great hotel with exceptional service and location

Just back from a fabulous holiday at Fortuna Beach Hotel. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the accommodation and facilities despite it only being rated a 3-star hotel. The service was exceptional - all the staff from the management team to the cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. Suphi, Baba, Mehmet and Arat deserve a special mention as they made our holiday so enjoyable. And a thumbs-up too to Ash the entertainer who made us laugh so hard with his dry, crazy wit. The location was perfect, just metres from the beach with free sunbeds and crystal clear water. The room was really comfortable and only let down by thin curtains which made it hard to sleep past 5am. The food selection wasn't the best, but there was always something tasty to eat and the fresh omelettes at breakfast were delicious. The bar was a welcome break from the sun, and located in shade next to the pool, which shaded over around 4pm each day. I would return to Fortuna in a heartbeat - we had a wonderful holiday which was made all the more enjoyable because of the hotel.

Bu tur sitelerde yok cok guzel yok mukemmel diyen kisilere inanmiyorum. Cunku yemek ve ickiler son derece kotu kalitesiz ve ucuz urunler. Ben bu hotelde 9 gece 10 gun kaldim ve kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum...

Super erholsamer Aufenthalt

Sehr erholsame Ambiente. Die Angestellten sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Umgebung ist zentral gelegen da alle Aktivitäten zu Fuß erledigt werden können. Am Strand findet man immer Liegestühle mit Schirm extra für die Hotelgäste reserviert. Das Essen ist umfangreich und sehr gut. Also wer wenig wert auf Sauberkeit legt; wie Bettlaken und Tischreinigung nach jeden Gast. Ist das Hotel wirklich zu empfehlen. Was mich persönlich gestört hat; das bei allinklusive nur die einheimische Getränke umsonst waren und die anderen kostenpflichtig waren. Ab 23 Uhr auch Getränke kostenpflichtig war. Sonst alles super.

The location is good & close to beach. Weak wifi in room. My booking was all inclusive one. The choice of food was acceptable. The room was clean. Be reminded that no slippers, no toothbrush & toothpaste was provided. There was no label to distinguish shower gel, shampoo and hair conditioner, so better to bring with own.

The carpet in our room was dirty We had to pay a fee for pool towels every time we need it clean ones We allowed only 1 room key which was a annoying especially when there's more than one person

Nicht ganz 4 Sterne - aber gut

Im Internet haben wir über das Fortuna viele negative Bewertungen gelesen und hatten schon etwas bedenken nach der Buchung. Jedoch waren wir dann sehr positiv überrascht! Wir hatten das Zimmer mit der Nummer 308, welches sehr groß ist, einen tollen Ausblick hat und ein sehr schönes Bad! Das einzige Manko war, dass nur die Klimaanlage im SChlafzimmer ging und im Wohnbereich, wo auch der Fernseher steht eher Sauna - Feeling war. Da wir aber sehr wenig Zeit mit TV verbracht haben, hat es uns nicht wirklich gestört. Die Zimmerreinigung war immer TOP! Jeden Morgen lag die Tageszeitung vor der Tür :) welches wir dann gleich zum Frühstücken mitgenommen haben. Das Essen war immer gut. Die Auswahl nicht sehr groß, aber vollkommen ausreichend. Zum Strand hatten wir es nicht weit. Das Meer war eigentlich gut, aber mich hat der kanal etwas gestört. Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, 1 Straße weiter ist voll halligalli :) Marmaris selbst ist ca. 8 km entfernt. Wir hatten uns einen Roller gemietet und sind überall hingefahren. Nachtleben in Marmaris ist nicht schlecht. Aber man sollte wissen dass das Publikum zum größtenteil aus Engländern besteht. Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt zufrieden und können das Hotel weiter empfehlen. :)

Very disappointing hotel

Apart from the friendly local people and staff of the hotel, I deeply regret booking with this hotel. Surrounding area is too noisy to get any sleep until early hours of the morning and rooms do not appear to have much sound insulation. We could even hear sounds from room next door via our bathroom throughout the night and day. Breakfast choice was unacceptable for a hotel pretending to be 4 stars and we ended up trying to eat the stale bread available. The bread was inedible as it was clearly a few days old. Breakfast was not including any choice of fresh or concentrated orange juice. They charge for orange juice extra even on all inclusive. Food choice was incredibly limiting and food from previous meals appeared to be served again in a different disguise.
