Great location at Turunc Beach. Just right there in the middle of everything including other hotels, restaurants and shops. Hotel have very good amenities and staff is friendly, helpful and welcoming. Hope that I can go back to Turunc and potentially stay here, since this was the best spot I visited in my recent trip to Turkey and Greece.

The front desk Amal went above and beyond to provide an exceptional customer service experience. She even gave us an upgrade to our room . The hotel is in an excellent location with an amazing sea view. The breakfast was a traditional Turkish breakfast and was good. The small small little town of Turunc is about 12 kilometers out of Marmaris and it is amazingly beautiful. Overall a great hotel and highly recommend it. Thanks for a great customer service

Pay a little much for heaven

The hotel location is magnifical. The building is old but it feels you a visit to rich relative. The staff is amazing. I wish their salary is good. Sea is wonderful we swam at 8 am to 8 pm. Breakfast is enough. You have 10% charge in restaurant at sea side

5 stars for customer service. I had to cancel my reservation at the very last minute and the staff was understanding of my situation. They didn't even charge me. I really hope I'm able to make it back Turunç in the future and have a proper stay at Diplomat Hotel.

Overpriced mediocre hotel

The hotel is very expensive for what it offers. Rooms are small and in need of renovation. Beach area had limited loungers so we decided to go to the pool. This is located down the road near the apartments. Pool is small with no scenic views. Reminded me of a budget motel in USA. Overall we felt we were slumming it, but this was the most expensive hotel we stayed at and by far the least luxurious. I wish I had stayed somewhere else and won’t be returning.

All I needed for a great mini-vacation.

Such a great location on the beach, although the swimming pool is not located at this same site. Arriving at the end of the high season, I was upgraded to a room with balcony and an awesome view of the bay. The room was newly renovated, clean, comfortable, and tidy. Staff were all friendly and helpful, but were few in number so not always around when needed.

Es gibt wirklich fast nichts zu meckern. Staff ist sehr aufmerksam, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ausstattung hat alles was man benötigt. Das Restaurant ist sehr gut. Die Lage ist für Leute die in Ruhe Urlaub machen möchten einfach perfekt, keine Party-Meile sondern eher stilvoll. Das Meer/ die Bucht ist toll. Wir waren das 2. Mal hier im Diplomat und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Bir kez daha tercih edilir

Öncelikle her bir çalışan çok çok güleryüzlü ve kibarlar. Hepsine ayrı ayrı çokça teşekkürlerimizi iletiyoruz. Otelin konumu çok iyi. Otelden çıktığınız gibi denize gidebilir ve alışveriş yapacağınız, yemek yiyeceğiniz yerlerin tam ortasında. Bize ilk başta en üst kattaki oda verildi. Fakat odaya geçip klimayı açtıktan 2 saat sonrasında bile oda halâ sıcaktı. En üst kat olduğu için mi yoksa klima mı yeterince soğutmadı bilmiyorum ama odanın içinde terledik. Fakat çalışanlar o kadar ilgiliydi ki odamızı değiştirdiler. Ayrıca otel temizdi. Bir olumsuzluk da bazı günler gece yarısına kadar gelen müzik sesleri. Biz yorgun olduğumuz için uyuyakaldık ama belki bu iyileştirilebilinir. Fakat genel olarak bir daha tercih eder miyim? Kesinlikle.
