Especially the main bathroom the toilet cistern lid was cracked, hole in the wall and the tiles around the shower waste were missing. there was four of us but only bedding for three, so attention to detail was poor. "Great location for cafes and so close to the train. The hotel was clean. I was unaware that this hotel charged per person, and I was dismayed when I had to pay an extra €150 because my husband was there - but they didn’t change my room… I’m confused what the extra money is for. A female at the front desk was unreasonably cold, and made us wonder what attracted her to the hospitality field. We are not going back to this hotel. "
