「We traveled as three families and stayed at this property. We think it’s a good place if you’re just passing through and need somewhere to sleep. The beds are comfortable, and we had a good night’s rest. The property is nice and has a playground for children, a swimming pool, and BBQ facilities. However, the cleanliness of both the rooms and the outdoor areas could be improved. The bottom of the pool had visible dirt buildup, and the BBQ grills were dirty, so unfortunately we weren’t able to...

「Royal Harbour is a fantastic location in a cute town and all rooms face the water. It is ‘cottage-like’ in that the decor is somewhat rustic, but it has everything you need and suites are really large! We always enjoy our stays here (this was our third time) and really love the Georgian Trail for biking/walking. The staff are also excellent!」

「Our stay was fine except that our room was one that connected to another room, so between our two rooms there was only a door. I could hear everything in the room next to me all night. After midnight, I called the front desk to complain for the third time, and reception told me that because they couldn’t tell which room was noisy from the hall, there was nothing they could do. I asked if they could figure out which room my room connects to instead, since I had called 3 times and it was after...

「Very quiet and calm place. Good for families. Great pool, heated. Nice big jacuzzi for the family. Arcade could use a little update. The beds definitely need updating. You could feel the coils in the sofa bed. And the bed in the room was pretty bumpy and pillows were pretty flat. Everything else was great. Very close to the village.」

「It was a great condo. Perfect for our family of 6 (4 kids). Very clean and cozy. We were able to save on take out by making meals in fully functional kitchen. Kids loved the pool. Minutes away from beach, caves and Blue Mountain. Great hosts. Communication was great. We would definitely go back.」
