"Clean room and bathroom, AC worked great, great coffee/breakfast place next door and other shops/restaurants in walking distance. GREAT beach for surfer or sunset watching is a 4 minute walk down the hill. Pool and hot tub were clean and nice. Oh and they give you towels that you can take to the beach"

"They CANCELLED my rental WHILE TRAVELING although repeated correspondence with the Redwood Hollow Cottages associates that I was a mother traveling with her two young children needing and addressing safety and accessibility concerns. Accessibility was denied the first night due to the aforementioned and the time of night accessing an associate because our flight arrived late; hence, we were stranded the first night having to make spontaneous alternative accommodations while keeping my young childrens’ spirits up in an unfamiliar town. The replacement property lacked satisfaction fulfilling my top two concerns and caused my incredibly cherished vacation with my children to be completely jeopardized. I’m safely home now, yet you ruined memories and life that cannot be replaced; I hope you and your associates are proud of yourselves for the,“…work” you do…,”. "All the staff are very kind and helpful. Even though we experienced a minor electrical issue one evening(4:30am) the staff were extremely apologetic and saw to it that the issue was fixed by the following midday. "
