The outside gave the impression of being a cool hotel in the 30's but whoever did the interiror should look for a new line of work! A little confusion over room type (twin beds booked - but it was quickly resolved) and dinner (you have to give notice that you want to eat there - but again, this was resolved and we were able to get an evening meal) The pool was available and as described which was nice. Overall a very pleasant stay. "

"We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hotel Bastiani in Grosseto. The hotel is beautifully maintained and perfectly located in the historic center, making it ideal for exploring the city on foot. The room was very clean, comfortable, and elegant, offering a peaceful atmosphere after a day of sightseeing.
