Uma excelente experiencia na costa da Toscana

Excelente Hotel para experimentar as praias da Toscana. Staff competente e atencioso. Pequeno almoço completo. Bastantes cuidados relativos á pandemia. Acesso facil e confortavel á praia. Aspectos a melhorar: porquê tanta dificuldade no acesso á piscina exterior... que acabei por não usar se por exemplo na praia o acesso exclusivo a uma cadeira nossa apenas é apenas uma ilusao e inclusivamente os clientes ficam colocados demasiado proximos uns dos outros... Quarto pequeno.

Oasi di relax non lontano dalla città

Premetto che ho pernottato due notti e ho usufruito solo della spiaggia e non delle piscine, della spa e dei ristoranti ( se non per la colazione). L'esperienza della spiaggia è molto positiva: è larga, e le file degli ombrelloni sono solo 3 e ben distanti fra di loro. Il personale di spiaggia è stato estremamente cortese avendoci permesso di usufruire del lettino/ombrellone anche per una parte della giornata oltre il check-out. Per il resto segnalo la stanza, comoda, fresca e pulita. Locali della colazione un pò impersonali e vasti. Personale ai tavoli molto efficiente. Qualità del cibo nella media. Ottimo il parcheggio antistante la struttura.

2 Erwachsene und 2 fast erwachsene Töchter: Hotel, Sportmöglichkeiten und vor allem das Frühstück (haben nur Frühstück gebucht): sensationell. Sind wir uns von Italienaufenthalten so nicht gewöhnt. Wir werden sicher wieder in dieser Anlage buchen.

The best experience one could hope to have

This is a beautiful property with the best staff one could hope to find. Our experience was one we will never forget for an unusual reason... My husband and I were both suffering from bronchitis, and I also have asthma, so we went to the on-site clinic. The nurse called in a doctor because of my additional condition, who arrived in less than two hours. He was thorough and prescribed treatments for both of us. Here’s one you never heard of the US—he went to the neighboring town, filled the prescriptions for us, and delivered them back to the clinic!! Dr. Aziri and Guliette , the clinic nurse, earned our heartfelt appreciation. The resort is its own village with multiple restaurants, pools, shops, a spa, and, of course, the clinic. You could not ask for more. The beach was closed due to storm damage, but was being restored while we were there and is now ready to enjoy again. This is a wonderful resort we hope to revisit in the future. HIGHLY recommend.

All'arrivo il personale, molto cortese, ci ha informato che la spiaggia non sarebbe stata agibile. Simona (mi pare) si è scusata del fatto che non eravamo stati informati. Per compensare questo disguido ci hanno offerto uno sconto. A parte questo siamo stati benissimo. L'hotel è in ottima posizione, le due piscine sono bellissime, la camera molto ben attrezzata. La colazione ottima.

Fantastic stay

After spending 10 hectic days sightseeing in Florence and Rome this hotel was a real treat. Recently refurbished, this was an impressive hotel. Our room was comfortable, clean and quiet with a small balcony which overlooked trees and the sea in the distance. The staff were obviously proud of their hotel, many having worked there for a number of years. It was totally inclusive without fuss and everything we needed was on site. The beach was extremely clean and had its own dedicated life guard. Impressively we were given a sun bed and umbrella for the duration of our stay which added to our stress free time. The site was family friendly and totally safe; children had their own outdoor cinema and pool. As we spent all our time on the beach we did not avail ourselves of the spa and pool facilities but they looked superb. There was a choice of restaurants serving good food and the bars were excellent - I thoroughly recommend the Aperolspritzer ....delicious! The hotel was superb and we would definitely return.

Posizione fantastica, ma...

Fantastico avere a due passi spiaggia e spa MA In un hotel a 5 stelle mi sarei aspettata un detergente intimo, uno spazzolino, delle ciabatte...ho la foto di un vermetto che girava X la stanza indisturbato, la pulizia a dir poco superficiale senza il cambio lenzuola (avevo il ciclo). Alla colazione ho chiesto una spremuta e mi è stata addebitata a 5,5€ ... Una spa bella ma troppo piccola X contenere tanta gente. Il massaggio fatto a pagamento con Roberta è stato strepitoso! La signorina alla reception quando sono arrivata, a mezzanotte, ha insistito sul pagamento nn ancora effettuato del soggiorno ma grazie ad una signora più esperta con un colpo d’occhio ha sollevato la giovane collega dalla sua ingiustificata insistenza. Ho apprezzato la loro disponibilità alla mia richiesta di un late check out.

An outstanding wonderful vacation resort

Riva is a complete Resort Hotel with of every outstanding amenity you can imagine. The staff are wonderful, friendly, helpful go out of their way to make your stay wonderful. The onsite restaurants snack bars, are excellent with outstanding breakfast. The property is beautifully maintained with beautiful spa, pools and beach areas. Riva has everything! We booked for one night and stayed for four. It is the best hotel we've enjoyed in many trips to Italy.

Really nice territory and clean nice beach

I compare this to Italian East coast hotels (we stayed for three nights at San Benedetto del Tronto on the same trip), and what strikes me most is that Riva del Sole has a private well maintained beach where residents of hotel don't have to pay anything for sunbeds and umbrellas (opposed to 25 eauro per one sunbed per day in San Benedetto regardless of the fact that they call it "hotel's private beach"). Riva del Sole also has a big territory what feels to be in the middle of the forest. Their children't pool is really nice and surrounded by a circle of large pine trees providing shade all day long, there is also a nice large playground next to the pool. On the negative side, our room was a bit on the older side (I heard hotel has some modern recently rrnovated rooms, but those were all sold out at the time we booked). And hotel's staff speak very little English (I speak of front desk people in particular) - this was a bit strange for a hotel. Overall we had a really nice experience and will definitely recommend this hotel.
