This place is so cute! It’s close to the beach and is easily reachable via the bike rentals they have at the hotel. The staff was so friendly and let us check in early and check out late. We loved the common area and enjoyed the pool and hammocks. It was so quiet and comfortable. We will stay again!

Don’t get me wrong this hotel is gorgeous but that’s where everything great stops. You can never get thru to reception via phone. They have a weird what’s app service that they never respond to either. Our room was for a couple but they set the room each day for one person so only had one cup and if ordering wine to the room only brining one glass. Our comp wine on arrival was hours late and again cannot get in touch with reception to troubleshoot. They also tell you that cheaper parking that’s not concierge is blocks away. It’s a lie. It’s a block and a half and waaaaay cheaper than the 100 bucks a day valet. Don’t get the staff to bring your bags down for check out either. They took close to 45 mins to do it and we should have just done it ourselves. I also found the Landmark building we stayed in quite old (outside the newly renovated rooms) and rooms small compared to the new building complex the rest of the building is on. Book the non landmark rooms for sure. The rooftop pool is great. Staff up there are very attentive and great at their jobs. I also liked it wasn’t too busy and was private. Overall, this hotel needs to really address the severe customer service issues. I would t bother staying there for now until reviews improve. Not worth the higher price point sadly.
