"The room is amazing"

"What an incredible experience! I arrived around 3 a.m., and the team took me straight to my room — no delay at all. I was given an immediate upgrade, which I was so grateful for. The room was beautiful, and everyone I encountered throughout my stay was warm, helpful, and professional. The concierge team went above and beyond, helping me book a couple of tours with ease. I also requested a much later check-out — several hours beyond the usual — and not only did they accommodate me, they did so without any extra charge. That level of service really stood out. The pool team were amazing, as were the gym staff and the rooftop pool crew — all so attentive and friendly. But the biggest standout for me was the Lebanese restaurant, Li Beirut. Ronnie, who manages the restaurant, was exceptional. He checked in regularly, offered great recommendations, and made the dining experience truly memorable. The food was absolutely delicious. Overall, an outstanding stay. I’m so appreciative of the hospitality and attention to detail — Four Seasons Kuwait truly delivered a five-star experience in every sense. "

"The location is not bad. But the building is old and needs lots of renovations. You can smell stinky sewage in the bathroom when you use the shower or the sink. Cheap appliances in the kitchen. Bedroom door lock was stuck. Found clothes from previous tenants in the closet. There isn’t enough parking. But the staff were nice."
