「The Waldorf Astoria Doha Lusail is a stunning hotel with great facilities, but their front desk service and room management were incredibly disappointing. I specifically booked a King room, but when I arrived at 5:50 PM, I was told it was unavailable. Instead, they downgraded me to a handicap-accessible room, and it wasn't even ready until very late at night. To make it worse, the communication was nonexistent. I clearly told the front desk that my local Kuwaiti SIM was turned off and asked them...

「ビジネスで利用。 部屋も広く清潔。特に不満もなく、インターネットも良好。 周辺に商業施設が無いため、食事はホテルで済ませたが、 美味しかった。」

「The hotel was very clean, the check-in process was fast and smooth, and the furniture looked new and modern. The staff were friendly, and everything was comfortable. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back.」
