「Stayed at this property twice now, meets our needs perfectly. Great location being downtown and walking distance to bars, restaurants and Marietta College. Property owner is very accessible and proactive with communications.」

「Roomy with a beautiful view of the river. Parking is easy and it is in a very convenient location.」

「Super easy to find, which I was not expecting. There was just a few minor things that caught me off guard. There were ants and lady bugs inside, but it’s winter and not that big of a deal. There was no top sheet on the bed and that seemed a bit unsanitary to me. There also was old makeup on a “clean” towel. I didn’t see the makeup until I was already using the towel, that grossed me out as well. Overall a great place for the price though 」
