"We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was outstanding with so many choices—eggs, home fries, yogurt, toast, bagels, waffles, pancakes, and even gluten-free bread. Just wow! Everything was delicious! I honestly can’t say anything bad about it. The lady behind the breakfast counter was extremely helpful and made sure everything was always well stocked and that everyone was happy. The front desk staff were also very friendly and welcoming. I loved that coffee, tea, and hot chocolate were available 24 hours a day, and both the adults and kids especially enjoyed the hot chocolate after a cold evening! We stayed here last year and came back again because we enjoyed it so much. Thank you for another wonderful stay—we will definitely be back again!"

"Been to the resort for second time. The resort and rooms are clean. Plenty of things at the resort. Restaurants in the resort serve good food, it is on expensive side but worth the money. If need be Huntsville downtown is close by to drive by or order food. "

"This place was always is an absolute gem. I have stayed here many times all the way back to when I was a child. I now bring my wife here when we want to escape to a quiet place. Even in the winter there is plenty to do and it is 10 minutes from downtown Huntsville and all the shopping. It has everything one needs in terms of nearby shopping, comfort, excellent service and the overall cottage feel. I will always return when I can. This is such an enjoyable place to spend your time off."

"We attended a wedding at the Deerhurst Resort this past weekend. The condo was perfect for us as each bedroom has its own bathroom. The kitchenette has the basics but if cooking, you will want to bring some items or check with the owner prior to arrival. Very close to the resort. The front desk arranged for a shuttle (at no extra charge) to and from the resort which was fantastic. The owner was quick to respond to all our queries. Would stay here again. Note: The pool was closed but I had to rate it anyway, so VRBO needs to correct that."

"Property was amazing. Just an fyi that maybe the cleaning staff should be advised of. Some of the rooms had a faint urine odour. There was cobwebs and dead bugs in the top corners of some shared rooms. The cloth hot plate was very dirty (dried egg on it) and BBQ was unusable as it was very dirty."
