Sea Winds 1401: Beach Front; Pool View

Discover this beautiful beachfront corner unit at Sea Winds. Located on the 14th floor, it features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, boasting a breathtaking, unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico and the expansive beach. A brief stroll through the pool area leads you to these serene waters, and the pool area itself offers a large, heated pool and spa for relaxation.
The master bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, while the guest bedroom contains two twin beds. For additional sleeping arrangements, the living room includes a sleeper sofa suitable for young children. Each bedroom is equipped with a television, and a large-screen TV with HD channels is available in the living room.
Guests can enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi, tennis facilities, a heated pool, a jacuzzi, and convenient beach access just a short walk from the pool area.

EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.
PARKING: Only 1 vehicle allowed per condo. There is a $50.00 parking fee collected at the front desk due by credit card on arrival.

CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTHLY RESERVATION, it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.
We DO NOT make exceptions for COVID.

This condo is managed by a local rental agency (Marco Island Rental Properties) and the payment you make to VRBO is only the VRBO service fee. Once you have successfully completed the booking; you will be contacted from an MIRP rental agent for the rest of the payment. Preferred Payment method is by Check. If you would like to pay by credit card there is an extra 2.5% fee which will be added to your rental. Some extra paperwork will be emailed to you that will need to be filled out prior to arrival.
